It is one thing to suffer from missing teeth; however, it is another thing if those teeth happen to be your front teeth. Missing front teeth can throw off your entire smile and make you more self-conscious about your appearance. When this happens, your dentist may recommend a Maryland bridge. This bridge uses a metal framework to fill in the gaps left by your missing teeth. Once your Maryland bridge is installed, you may notice some inflammation around your gum line. This is due to the fact that the bridge is positioned as close to your gums as possible. This can lead to a tremendous amount of discomfort. Luckily, there are a few drinks that you can use to ease this gum inflammation.

Pineapple Juice

Pineapple may be one of your favorite fruits due to is sweet and citrusy taste. However, the fruit is full of anti-inflammatory properties that it often used as a cure for internal inflammation. The fruit can be transformed into a juice that you can use to help cure your own gum inflammation. You can create your own taste pineapple juice by skinning a fresh pineapple. Slice the fruit into rings and chop the fruit down even further into small cubes. Place the cubes in a blender and add half a cup of water. Blend for several minutes on high speed until the mixture is as smooth as possible. Drink the juice throughout the day in order to get rid of your inflammation.

Apple Juice

Apples are another popular fruit that are often craved due to their sweet or sour taste. However, just like pineapples, apples are packed full of anti-inflammatories. These anti-inflammatories are especially great for treating oral inflammation caused by dental devices. You can create your own apple juice from home by slicing a few fresh apples into smaller slices. Place the apple slices in blender and add fresh aloe vera gel. Blend the mixture until it is as smooth as possible. If you want it thinner, then add a bit of water. Drink the apple juice mix in the morning and the night in order to get the best results. The more often you drink the juice, the better your results will be.

While gum inflammation will usually go away on its own the process can take a while. Therefore, these juices can help to speed up this process and are extremely delicious.
